After the recent update, unread messages in Messenger no longer appear in bold letters, until you change your font in default only. Sooo I can't use all the fonts just bought from your store because of this. Please fix!

True, same problem here after updating One UI 5 Android 13. Hopefully, Samsung will make a move on this issue also. #SamsungPH #Samsung

Hello MidoriSra,

Sorry to hear that, about your experience with our chat support and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.

In the meantime, while we are waiting for the latest update to rectify this problem both from Apps developer and Android settings, you can submit an error report for now through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

Now we're talking. Just sent that error report. Von even said that going to the Service Center is the step to get your dev team to take a look at this issue. Man that is just messed up training right there
