Hello everyone, I recently bought a galaxy s22 ultra, never owned a samsung before. When I plug my samnsung into my car stereo with my usb-c to aux dongle people cant hear me talk. I can hear them but they can't hear me, But my google phone worked. I went out and bought a samsung dongle and it still don't work. It's painfull cause I don't have Bluetooth available in my car. Can anyone help me and tell me if there is a fix

Hey there, just wanted to say I'm having the same problem w/ my S22. I drive a car that doesn't have bluetooth connectivity so I have to use an aux cord to listen to music. I feel like Samsung forgot not everyone is driving a fancy new car when they took away the headphone jack and then left us all hanging with this aux cord dongle issue. -- Since the answer was to report the issue to samsung and it's now well over half a year later-- I assume there's answer?
This is very annoying for us who spend too much time in our cars driving to and from work and want to safely make calls with Google voice. :( But the stupid dongle needs to be unplugged and use speaker phone on a very expensive "premium" Samsung device.

My previous Samsung phones with headphone jack worked fine in the car; the microphone for audio input and car stero speakers for output. Now the microphone does not work, I have to discconect from the car system, and I have to use the phone microphone and phone speaker. This is very annoying.

Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)

I am having the same issue! Sound OUTPUT works with the aux to usb c dangle (so I can hear other people, music etc) when playing through car speakers but sound INPUT does not. Doesn't pick up mic on the phone itself. Please issue a fix or workaround? Is there settings we can utilise so that when the adapter is in use we have the mic on the phone in use and the speakers via the aux?
