Multiple errors in one day

This happened twice in less than 24hrs


Already sent this in error reports but I figure they don't really care so I'll just post it.

Samsung Flagship at its finest.

I wish I knew that buying a phone this expensive is considered a luxury and will give you back so far less than the value you think you'd get. 

They replied as I was making this post. As usual, they just gave shoddy instructions to check device and clear stuff. Didn't even acknowledge the error.

Someone pls take this phone away from me

i never saw an error like that, it's terrible, but maybe it's a virus or something you're doing on your phone , or just a bug ?

Have you tried rebooting to safe mode to see if the issue persists?

Something is definitely wrong with your phone. A flagship device, especially the highest tier in your series, should have minimal issues lalo na bago pa.

I know you've had an unpleasant service center experience. If you want to have someone take a look again and utilize the Galaxy pick-up service, I'll escalate to a Samsung employee. Just let me know.

I'm actually just starting to convince myself that this is just how the phone is, that everything about it is normal and I'm just really dissatisfied with it.

But, there are other plenty of posts about quality control saying that Samsung's messed up plenty of batches of the phone's manufacturing. Now, I got a little hope and now thinking maybe I really got a faulty unit since I am here feeling miserable over spending a lot of money on a phone and I'm very much unsatisfied with it.

I'd really appreciate it if you could help me have the phone picked up and be inspected on a service center (again). Although, this time, I also want to utilize Samsung Concierge where I'm supposed to get a Loaner unit while my phone is being repaired in a service center.

Although, last time I had it repaired at a service center, I received a message saying that it has passed their "final quality check" before it was returned to me. I don't really know if they really did test it completely, or they were just unaware of the common issues at the time.

Also, I would very much prefer to get a refund if the phone really turns out to be defective.
