Network issue

Anyone facing network issue while oustation from your current location. Example KL my network not issue, When i went holiday kedah my network unavalaible, i already change maxis simcard but still cant resolve issue.

Any suggestion ?

Turn on "Airplane mode" about 1-2 minutes. Then, turn off to see whether the network still has the same issue.

Since you are at KL, there is no such issue. Then, it could be Kedah network strong. Try to go town/bustling area.

Sama area kedah line dnb 5g tak ok .

I'm also 5G not stable. Change to 4G only can use. I suspect is the 5G network? I'm using Maxis also
