Hello everyone. I am currently using an S22 Ultra and since yesterday am having connectivity issues. Sometimes I am having zero signals and the phone shows emergency calls only on both physical and esim. Sometimes the phone shows it's connected to the internet but whenever I try to load something up it says no internet connection. Don't know what's happening here and if someone had faced a similar issue can help me in this regard. Can use wifi calling when home but the phone is useless once outside.

Try removing the sim card tray and put it back in.

I don't have a solution but you may get a wider range of suggestions on Google.

Note in this forum, bottom right, is the link to support. Try the diagnostic tool first. Otherwise there is phone support plus several options to consider although I suspect the answer will be it has to be brought in. Be patient accessing phone support because it seems to drop out automatically after about 30 minutes if you have to wait that long..

I did get this sorted. I took it to a phone repair place and the replaced the charging port or antenna and it fixed the issue 😊

From memory it was around $70-$80 AUD

All did was explain the issues I was facing, what steps I took to trouble shoot, and then they said it could be a couple things. Let me know how you get on 😊
