Just got my s21+ yesterday, but it couldn't find any updateto oneui4.0, still in oneui3.1

I am in Melbourne

Anyone know why?

Check notices in the Samsung members app and it should tell you when you're getting It

Hi @Hunterang, that's strange. When you go to Settings > Software update > Download and install, does it say your device is up to date or does it stay searching for an update?

No, it says your software is up to date, but i am sure it's one update behind

Hi @Hunterang, that is the correct software version. The last update was released on 08/12/21 was on security patch level November 2021.
