I can no longer delete notes on my s24 ultra. I have tried to clear the cache, restart the phone, turn off cloud sync but nothing works. Has anyone got the same problem, doe anyone have a fix. Thx in advance .
To whomever messaged me and said goto the members app and go to "get help" if the #irrelevantone did not provide the solution, there is no "get ahelp" in the members app!
If clearing the cache and turning off cloud sync did not work for you, I would recommend that you raise an error report with our technicians, which can be done by following the steps on the link below.
