One UI 4 - Extra dim disappeared

Hi

I noticed after upgrading to One UI 4 on my Galaxy S10e that a new quick settings tile appeared for "Extra dim" mode.

This mode looks really useful as it allows us to lower the screen brightness below the lowest option provided by the brightness slider.

However, this quick settings tile has now disappeared and it is no longer visible in the settings app either. I have no idea how it disappeared but I was curious to know if this happened to anyone else, and how to get it back?

Have you gone into the notification shade and checked in the Edit buttons section?
That's where the toggle is for me.

Yes, I have, it's completely disappeared. Searching in the settings menu also yields nothing.

Probably best to send through and error report, as @SamsungLaura suggested in your other post.

I just flashed one ui 4 on my s10 and I am facing the same issue as Kevin

Hi @Dante_Farate, I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Thanks will do but last time they contacted me and gave me problems because I flashed one ui 4 on saying it's not official software when it is

I have uninstall accessibility update then I found extra dim in quick button setting but it's not working I have done it many times but it's not working it is available in quick setting. After update accessibility it's disappeared.
