One UI 4 VoLTE issue

Hello! I've had my S21 Ultra (US Snapdragon) since September 2021. Before updating to One UI 4, I had no issues with VoLTE (I use a Dito sim). After I updated to One UI 4, I could not access VoLTE settings. I can use my Dito sim's mobile data to browse the internet and send and receive texts, but I am not able to make and take calls. To make sure that it's not my Dito sim that has problems, I inserted it to my old S10 (Local Exynos variant) and it's able to access all VoLTE settings. I've read that Samsung pushed out a Configuration Update to fix the VoLTE issue, and I have it installed already, but the issue is still here. EDIT: To add, I also want to note that the VoLTE settings are greyed out when accessing *#*#4636*#*#. Nothing happens when I dial the VoLTE shortcut, *#*#86583#*#*.

have you tried wiping cache partition?

Hi, try resetting your network settings.

Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Usually that solve the problem.

Have u tried asking samsung customer support about the issue? They might be able to solve it. ✌

unfortunately customer support here doesn't support US variants 😔

If you change it from 5G to LTE that will fix the issue

i've tried forcing my phone to LTE only, but sadly VoLTE still didn't work

when i have a new phone, i didnt update my smartphone. i will update it once the update id stable. so i will wait for another year and everything seems fine.
