Sadly no. Australia isn't apart of the beta program. Maybe in the future.

It's supposed to be coming a little later apparently google are releasing android 12L for larger format screens such as tablets and foldable phones.

The Fold3 & Flip3 are scheduled for January in Australia, to get Android 12/ One UI 4.

I wouldn't expect Google to release Android 12L until maybe mid year.
