I have not received it yet, S22 ultra purchased outright through JB HI Fi, using Telstra.

S21 and A series phones have it. Absolute turd of a rollout. I'm sick of checking for an update.

Not me my little friend 😆 just in case you are referring to me 🙂 I have made posts about a number of possible reasons but I didn't state my preference for any of those suggestions. I did, I admit, get sick of the high percentage of emotional rants. Apart from those who made appropriate enquiries and did research, I merely got bored with the rubbish being put out by those who might be considered emotionally wanting. It would have been really nice if Samsung had put a header post on the community page so members had had some reassurance. Perhaps they were trying to encourage use of the new health app?

Fellow member 'Link25' was told by Samsung support that the update is sent as batches and it is up to the phone carrier to approve the update. Good old handballing blame by Samsung.

Samsung blames the likes of Telstra, Optus, Vodafone in Australia yet when I contacted Telstra they said Samsung is solely responsible. What a clusterf*ck of customer service. Surely someone with authority at Samsung or the phone network providers can specifically detail when the updates will occur. It's almost the end of 2023 not 1983, the lack of transparency is disgraceful.

My wife's unlocked S21 Ultra just got the December patch this morning after having received Android 14 weeks ago. Meanwhile in the land of my unlocked S22 Ultra, I remain on the November patch on Android 13. I wonder how Samsung would blame a carrier for the delay when mine was purchased outright.
