It looks like One Ui 7 has released to some people like I've seen people walking around using one ui 7 (at least in NSW, Australia) so I'm wondering why I still haven't gotten it considering I have the s24 ultra but it could also be that the people I saw today mightve been holding an s25 ultra and I Could've been mistaken
The people you've seen either have the S25 Ultra or force updated their phone as Samsung haven't released the update globally at this stage. Don't expect the update until next month as Samsung are being extremely slow with the rollout and proving almost zero communication.
Australia and New Zealand are next to receive the update at some time after Europe is completed as much information as I can find the update will be coming soon.
