On coming issue someone has access to my device and playstore even network which Samsung can't figure it out shame

Can you log into your Google account no web browser and see what other devices are accessing it?

No I can't it has w step verification on and second verification keep sending code to same email as Google account which i can't log in

Find another computer and log onto Google account there in browser? Bit fiddly but I have done this several times. Depending on your settings you may also logon by looking at options like lost password when you try to logon. You may not find anything but it depends on what you set up
