I have wrote the message 3 days ago. Someone advised me to wait for the day or 2 for update. Still I haven't received anything from Samsung side. I tried contacting support but service has been the worse. Every agent is tried to transfer to another mode of communication.e.g first I tried to chat with them agent said we can call you and once agent called me he ask me send an email. Now email support told me to contact via chat. To make sure everything is correct from my side I have contacted my bank and PayPal and they ensured me that payment has been processed successfully.

What should I doi have no where to go 😞
