Order status stuck on " order accepted"

I have ordered s24 ultra on pre order sale and payment has been processed and I haven't got any sort of order confirmation. 

What should be next step to resolve this.

Any help would be appreciated ☺️

It's means the order is being manually verified. There is nothing to worry, my order has done this a couple of times. It will be approved in a day or so.

Samsung is probably overwhelmed with orders at the moment. Give it another business day.
