People can't hear me when I answer my S23 Ultra but when I switch to speaker or call them back they can. it was working when I received my phone, what could be the problem?
One thing to check, go to gear wheel top right of screen (settings) look on lefy side for Sound, select Volume. In my case I can see four options. If the media one is low increase it.
*#0*# Then press Receiver. Your screen should go to white and will do some sounds. Just to check if not hardware issue. Hit back multiple times to exit.
I have the exact same issue kn my S23 Ultra. It's running one UI6.1. All was well until a week ago and this happened just all of a sudden from what I can tell. Can't really correlate it to any recent software update. Please help!
