Freezes could be due to damage or malware. Same with restarts, but if it's not your phone, the owner might have scheduled the restart in settings and forgot about it... Is there more context you can share?
No, its my own phn. I was scrolling through through my feeds and suddenly it stopped responding for about 5 seconds and the screen went black for some time. After may be around another 5 seconds restarted. And now its normal. What could be the reason? I don't think any malware is installed. And when i opened members app, the msg popped up sayi g phn was accidently restarted send the diagnostics to samsung to look. But i am not sure what this is never happened before and its not the update issue because there is no update by samsung for a while now.
Unless that happens regularly, I would not worry too much as it's just the way with computers and mobiles. If it becomes a regular thing I might look at clearing cache partition first.
