I recently upgraded from and S21 Plus to and S22 Plus. I'm a nail technician, and the quality of the photos is incredibly important to show my work.

I've been using the new phone for approx. two weeks and noticed all my photos seem blurry, less sharp and overall not that great while using the main camera. I use 1x zoom and the exact same settings as well as lighting as when using my previous phone which produced sharp photos.

Hi @ShelleyR1986, thanks for reaching out.

I suggest sending an error report from your S22 for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > Camera > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Thank you, I'll do just that. I have spoken to a few other Samsung owners and they all seem to mention that the photos seem less "crisp".
