Hey guys,
So finally I received my S22 Ultra today!
I was just wondering if anyone else has chosen that "samsung subscription" to get extra 150$ off?
Because when I ordered my Ultra with subscription it removed all the pre order gifts from my cart and prompted that I need to claim it later.
So If anyone else gone through same procedure can you please tell me how do I redeem my pre order gifts? I haven't got any email with promo or anything..

Hi all, promo codes to claim the bonus gifts will be sent out to the email of Subsciption purchases made within the preorder date. 

From there, you can visit our website and use the code to claim your gift:

I tried this link butbit doesn't have the "Samsung online store" in stores list from where you bought it from.
So should I just choose any store? Thanks

Thank you Laura,
I purchased s22 ultra 1Tb variant which could only be purchased through samsung online. When I tried to apply for promo code, there is no option of samsung online in stores drop down menu. And the barcode when uploaded says can't find IMEI number.

That's the same issue I have. It won't recognise the imei. Either m a manual entering it or using the scanner. I have the proof of purchase

Hi @Surajk, did you purchase using Samsung Subscription? 

If purchased via Subscription, codes will be sent out via email over the coming days. 

If you purchased directly from the Samsung Online store before 11:59PM AEST March 3rd, you would have been prompted to add the bonus gifts to your cart in the same transaction as the phone.

Hi Laura, that is the issue. When I pre-ordered and added Samsung subscription, the prompts for the gift were not available. Pls advise.

Hi @KKWangdi, our team has advised that you should be sent a promo code within 7 days of purchase. 

At the present there is a delay with sending out promo codes due to the high volume of orders so I would recommend waiting up to 14 days from purchase. If you have not received it by now, please send through a your details via the email below so that I may reach out.
