Hi Team,
I was just hoping if anyone knows how I can address my concern. I am trying to reach a case manager since I still didn't get any resolution for my case. I am chasing an order that supposed to be delivered 6 weeks ago but until now e-commerce kept telling me that it will be re-deliver but nothing is actually happening. I am getting frustrated since everytime I call them or email them they keep telling me the same thing. And they're not giving me any solutions at all. Worst part is, my trade up device is due and charged me $60 for non return where in fact I cannot return my device since I haven't received the device I ordered. Hoping someone can help me on how to escalate this to higher management since e-commerce is putting me on an endless battle here. Thanks

I am facing the same issue. It's been 15 days since I ordered but no information on the order.
It's really frustrating as the customer service guys only have one answer: Backoffice team is looking into it and we are escalating.

My order has been escalated 15 times but no response.

Everyday I call them but it's the same response.

I feel frustrated.com harassed and helpless.

And there is no other place to write an email or call.

Hope someone listens to our prayers.

Hi Shailykumar did samsung e-commerce resolved your issue? Mine is still pending. Next week it will be 3 months already. I tried all possible communication but still got no resolution from them.

Hi SamsungClaudette,
Any news on the escalation? It's been 3 months now since I placed that order. I don't think someone is really looking at the case at all. It has been escalated so many tines but no one is actually looking at it. It has been a nightmare experience. I didn't expect this kind of process from samsung.
