Galaxy SI am facing the same issue. It's been 15 days since I ordered but no information on the order.
It's really frustrating as the customer service guys only have one answer: Backoffice team is looking into it and we are escalating.
My order has been escalated 15 times but no response.
Everyday I call them but it's the same response.
I feel frustrated.com harassed and helpless.
And there is no other place to write an email or call.
Hope someone listens to our prayers.

Galaxy SAny news on the escalation? It's been 3 months now since I placed that order. I don't think someone is really looking at the case at all. It has been escalated so many tines but no one is actually looking at it. It has been a nightmare experience. I didn't expect this kind of process from samsung.
