Samsung Please hurry up regardless of geographical area, if we do preoorder we should get delivery fast, specially when you do order on first day. Even ebay delivered accessories faster.
I love samsung phone as much as i hate their custome service. Their customer support people *** no proper answers. Call you back in 48 hours, really.
My pre-order states dispatch 29.1.24. I contacted them today and they are now saying it wont be dispatched before 12th Feb. I ordered on day one of pre-order. Not sure why i would pre-order a phone to be delivered after I can buy instore. Will be making a formal complaint
I just contacted them and now they changed my delivery status from awaiting dispatch to shipped without tracking number. It seems they tried preventing me from cancelling the order 🤣. The phone will be delivered by 5 Feb, which is longer than standard delivery promise.
Yeah, hope I will get the tracking number soon. Without the tracking number, the support team can just play around with the delivery status and time frames 😅
Same happened to me today for few days was showing up as awaiting dispatch. Contacted them yesterday and today the status changed to shipped with no tracking details
