It's actually odd, the S25U is thinner than the S24U, but due to the flat sides, can feel a little thicker.

FWIW, the phone dimensions:

S25U: 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2

S24U: 162.3 x 79.0 x 8.6

And for weight:

S25U: 218g

S24U: 232g

Edit: it seems in many cases, so far, Samsung has managed to deliver on time, and some people have received their orders a little earlier than expected.
But do keep in mind, sometimes things go wrong, particularly on the courier side.

Thank you, I'm still struggling with the decision of if the phone is going to be too big and annoying to have in my pocket everywhere and I should just get the s25 plus instead

Ultimately, that comes down to what you need and want.

I had the S25+ for several days at Unpacked and it's great.
But you do lose Spen, some cameras and a smaller screen.
The battery is smaller, but negligible at 4900mAH.

Dimensions on the S25+
158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3 - 190g

I'm able to keep the S25U in pockets, when need be, but it will never be as pocket friendly as the Flip series 😂

But that's a different conversation.

What would you recommend for me honestly. I won't use the pen. I really want the best battery and I don't want something that can't fit in my pocket. Right now I have a s20 plus

How about cameras?

If you are happy with the S20+, then you will love the S25+.

The S25+ I used had no issue with battery life, and it's an almost negligible difference.
4900 vs 5000

Edit: as a point of reference, the S20+ dimensions:

161.9 x 73.7 x 7.8
