Quick Panel Problem

Hey, I need some interface-related help on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. The quick panel isn’t dragging down when I’m in any app—it only works when I’m on the home screen. This makes it hard to change brightness or turn on Bluetooth without going back to the home screen. It was working fine until about 10 days ago.

Assuming you have already restarted your phone, are you using any launcher or Good Lock apps like One Hand Operation or QuickStar?

To isolate the issue, try starting your phone in Safe Mode to test if third-party apps are causing the problem.
