I just got my new s22 ultra today after pre ordering. How do I redeem my free gift pack; Earbuds pack, Charger pack. ETC;

Hi mate, congratulations!! I got mine in green lol
I queried the gift matter as well as I was unable to find how and on Samsung AU chat service they advised we can redeem after 3 March. Hope that helps.

Hi @KingKoivi, please see the below details as per our T&Cs:

Samsung AU Online Store:

Eligible Entrants will be prompted to select a Bonus Gift Bundle during the checkout process when they Purchase the Participating Product in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Participating Retailers:

Eligible Entrants who submit a claim during the Redemption Period will receive a promo code, via email, that will entitle them to a choice of one (1) of the Bonus Gift Bundles which corresponds with the Eligible Product Purchased as outlined below (“Promo Code”).

I haven't ordered yet, waiting on reviews first. I am still loving my S21 Ultra, I may just wait till the S23 comes out next year. I don't know🤷‍♀️
