Redemption a nightmare!

Hi, my husband and I both pre ordered and got the new s22 ultra phones. On the first day when you could apply for the redemption code, we both got on it straightaway that very morning. Mine was validated on the same day but I didn't receive the code until the 14th. From there on I had no problem applying the code and getting the travel offer.

My husband, on the other hand, is not getting what he wanted, thank you very much Samsung! Even though we applied for the codes at the same time, his redemption was validated on the 10th, then heard nothing! Numerous chats, emails and phone calls with the result he needed to wait, the promo code should be there in the next 48 hours - which it never did. It was finally approved on the 23rd! As soon as he received that code, he applied the code and selected the audio pack......only to get the message that an item was out of stock! In the end, he ended up choosing the travel pack, but only because he was pressured to choose something so he wouldn't miss out altogether!

This sad thing is, he really needed those buds as he'd sold his old ones to make way for the new ones. How could validation and delivery of promo codes be so out of place! He applied for it so early and still missed out!

Samsung, this is not fair at all! 

We understand there has been a high demand for these offers, but it's gut wrenching when you hear of others who applied for promo codes later than us and get their codes before you do. You feel cheated!

Also, is there any more stock incoming for the audio pack? If so, would my husband be able to swap the travel pack for the audio pack before it ships out?

Absolutely horrible experience. I received an email saying that the promo code would be emailed in 7 days, it has been 20 days with no news.
I have had Samsung phones for 15 years but this experience has put me off.

Samsung, shame on you for treating loyal customers like this

This was the email that the chat told us to use:

But I do believe there is also an email form on their website that can be filled out

Had trouble getting the audio pack until 10 minutes ago so you may be able to try your luck now

Hi SamsungLaura, thank you for getting back to me. I am aware of the terms and conditions, but I don't understand why, if you had stock arriving 2 days after my husband tried to get the audio pack, why couldn't his order go through? As of yet, the travel pack has not been sent and I don't see why it's a problem to swap them over. When he used his promo code on the 23/3, it said there was an item out of stock. 2 days later it works for other people. My husband, unaware that stock would be replenished (especially since the fine print read "while stocks last") quickly chose the travel pack even though he didn't want that one! The least it could have said was "sorry, an item will take longer to ship as we are awaiting stock". No, instead he was mislead into believing no more stock would be coming and he'd missed out completely. And now finding out others are getting it......it's very disappointing and unprofessional how this promotion is being run!

Super complicated process of redemption of vouchers and extended warrenty.. cutting long story short.. I preorder for s23 and it did not arrive on time due to delay.. as such i was already on a long business trip for 4 mths.. phone subquently arrive later, required to use new phone to scan for qr code for redemption for voucher and extended warrenty but i am overseas and my old parents from home just simply cant set up the phone for me as they dont know techonology.... called samsung, live chat them.. they just say there is nothing much they can do since you need your new phone to scan the code and voucher... THEY JUST SIMPLY doesnt want to give me my pre-order offer even though that is the same reason i rush for the preorder deal.. so what the point since i cant enjoy any prilveages of preordering.. very MAD

Having a problem with Disney+. I am being asked for copies of e mails but I communicated via the complaints link on the web site so don't have copies. Shame the phone is OK but Samsung's attitude ***.
