Galaxy SI have had Samsung phones for 15 years but this experience has put me off.

Galaxy SHaving a problem with Disney+. I am being asked for copies of e mails but I communicated via the complaints link on the web site so don't have copies. Shame the phone is OK but Samsung's attitude ***.
