I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same problem but when you turn in power saving mode it turns the refresh rate back to standard (60htz), right.

This isn't my case, for me it says it's 60htz but the phone feels and runs like it's on 30htz or below. Trust me it's not that I'm use to 120htz but it really feels super sluggish and when I open and close an app the animation just freezes for a second and then slowly tries to finish.

Then when I turn off power saving mode it should go back into 120htz straight away, but not for me, it stays in that <30htz refresh rate and I have to either lock my phone and then unlock it and then it's normally back to 120htz or sometimes I have to turn my phone off then back on again. It's super annoying.

I think it has to be a software related issue and samsung might fix it if it's happening to alot of people, or it might just be me.

Hi @MAark24, that's strange. Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated further. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
