S20+ pink and green line appeared

Out of nowhere, green and pink line just appeared out of nowhere.. 3 days ago, September 4, 1 line appeared, and then the next day another line appeared, and now, sept 7, another line appeared 😫 I'm so disappointed! I didn't even drop my phone so that i can accept the appearance of the lines.. i even tried the *#0*# that i searched online. I'm frustrated right now
