I am the only who's having a problem with a recent software update, my screen is showing random green and pink lines. It's so annoying pls help

Thank you for your inquiry here and as per Obviou_sly's reply, you may submit an error report through Samsung Members apps as follows:

A) But first, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen instructions.

B) How to submit an error report?

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. In your case. select "Display".

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

C) For more assistance, you may contact us on our online Samsung support channels below.

Kmusta po, napagawa niyo na? Kinakabahan kasi ako sa s20+ Bts edition ko so far 4.1 siya and di pa naman nag gegreen at pink line

Hi, omgg same tayo ng phone. BTS edition din to. Diko pa napapagawa yung sa akin kasi di saw nagagawa since sa ibang bansa galing, pero tiringin ako sa iba.
