On the first day I was entering contacts in my brand new S21 phone it said it was over heating. Today I was on a video meeting for 20 minutes an it came up with the same message.  
Updates are the latest. 
Anyone know a simple solution? Otherwise I'll take it back.

Hi @switchuser980, are you able to send us an Error Report via the Samsung Members apps with logs attached? These logs go to our research team for analysis and can help in identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once these have been analysed, you will receive a notification in the app with a response from our team. To send an error report, go to:

 

Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Overheating > Describe issue and frequency > Attach screenshots if needed (e.g your overheating notification) > Tick 'send log data' > Send

This might be because the phone hasn't learnt your usage pattern yet, if I remember correctly some other people on Reddit had the same issue for the first few days of having their phone, perhaps waiting a few days could solve the issue?
