My phone just randomly restarts at least once a day. Anyone having a similar problem.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your phone rebooting. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the next restart via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated by our research team. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

I have done this several times. But samsung support just responds with generic steps. They would have u reset your phone every few days. Terrible.

My phone constantly restarts also. I constantly send the reports and have sent it in for repair only to be told there is nothing wrong. It's unusable. Really disgusted with the lack of solution and customer service. Samsung obviously have issues with this phone they are not dealing with. I'd like to know what solution is available to me to get this piece of junk fixed.

Same here. I got the phone yesterday from a Three store, and it keeps freezing and restarting. I feel scammed.

Mine is less than 2 months old and does the same thing! If anything could ever turn me away from Samsung it's this phone! I'm beyond frustrated. NOTHING works

Mine... And it really **bleep**... For a phone of this price, it is totally unbelievable... Already regretting why I didn't buy another Xiaomi 😂

By the way I already did all the recommendations from other users, and the phone keeps restarting. I believe it is an app I have like parallel space or something

Hi Laura, I found the problem, it was parallel space that was blocking the phone, it doesn't support that app even with 64bits support app from parallel space.
