S21 Ultra CONSTANTLY dropping data reception

This has to be the **bleep**test phone I've owned. Data keeps dropping off despite having an active network displayed in the status bar. 

If I toggle flight mode, data network is restored and it works instantly. 

I've gone from E Sim to physical SIM and no difference. I've been told by Samsung as well as others that this is a known issue. 

This is my second s21 Ultra as the first was returned in line with ACC consumer guidelines as the Samsung repair service broke the previous phone so I'm reluctant to send this one. 

What's my options?

Hi @Nickjankz, thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

I'd love to do that although the app won't load without a data connection. It just did it again. Had to toggle to get on here...
