My S22+ came up with the green line after battery draining and switching on power saving. I've also connected with customer service based in Pandan Indah via phone. The officer told that I need to pay RM600+ to replace the damaged screen. I did not damage the device and why i should bear the damage cost? My family including my kids are using Samsung device and this is my first time to see this green line on screen and which I never seen in previous devices. Kindly look into this issue as many are suffering to this issue and viral in social media. It also impacted your reputation as a nationwide device provider. Thank you.

i am pretty sure S22+ is your first S phone, because green line only happen on S, Z, Note, or any Galaxy phone with Super AMOLED+ such as A73, A71, and M51, refer to GSMArena before buying a new Galaxy phone for the screen type

so now, your only option is replace the screen, even if Samsung rep get down, they won't care and you still have to pay RM600+, i think twice before buying an S or Z series phone

That is your fault wrong update and not auto checkup ,because of you all one ui Malaysia line problem to broken hardware that is one ui 6 bug ,you make one ui 6 samsung bug .

I got my green line too yesterday. Mine is also S22+ and I did an software update recently.

I went to Customer Service yesterday. The guy told me earlier this year they had a campaign for screen replacement. There might be one again next year but no promise. If could wait, can try luck by early next year. This year they had it in Jan - March and extended to June.
