S21 FE LINE ISSUE

Hi everyone, so recently my S21 FE got even worst with the infamous line issue. It was out of the blue showing a bright white line on the screen like a week ago after the update. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, a thin green line joined the party. The weird part? They vanish when I turn off the screen, only to reappear later after a while and I'm scared to turn on the screen now lol. My phone has no screen issue before this and it's only after the recent update.

What's frustrating is discovering that many others are facing similar problems. Come on Samsung time to step up and look into this line issues.

I have had the exact same problem with my Samsung S21 FE 5G. Once it completed 2 years in May 2024, the lines appeared. Funny how the lines started appearing in my boyfriend's phone now in August, when it completed 2 years as well. I currently have 6 lines in the middle of my screen.

I tried to contact Samsung Brasil and they claimed they could not fix my screen because S21 FE was not in the list Samsung allowed them to fix, even thought they are fixing other kinds of phones, such as S21 and S22 with the exact same problem. They want to charge a thousand reais (almost 200 dollars) for something they ruined. 

I will never buy Samsung again.
