S22+ green line screen after 6.0 OS upgrade in apr 2024

I'm at Singapore, the phone upgraded OS to v6.0 on 16 Apr 2024. One deep green vertical line appeared after that. The guy in SG service center asked me to pay for $303 screen replacement fee by myself today. It's absurd and so disappointing. How Samsung could hurt customer's rights and loyalty like this? ...

Samsumg Singapore do not acknowledge anything. Me inspite sharing all the links/social media about this issue they informed saying we need to pay for the replacement. M seriously thinking of boycotting Samsumg products. . Worst Support

I persisted and they finally agreed to check from their end. But not done yet... still communicating with them...

Totally expected. I told them to solve my green line issue with my current 22+ first and explain to me why India and Singapore users are treated differently with this green line issue.

We need Samsung to acknowledge that this is caused by the updates.

We need free screen replacement and not discount code to purchase Samsung products again.

Samsung has to give me a satisfactory answer on the green line issue and also why Samsung's India and Singapore users are treated differently when it comes to this issue first.


This wait is getting long. Please satisfy me with the two issues above before we can talk about further engaging me with another Samsung product.
