S22 Promo code does not include Galaxy Tab A8?

Hi Samsung,

I have preordered S22 from Telstra in New South Wales, Australia. 

I have received my promo code for the gift bundle and have successfully redeemed the Audio Pack using the promo code.

However there was no mentioning of the Galaxy Tab A8 at all,  which should come together with the preordering gift. 

I understand that all gifts have to be redeemed by 15th April. Hence I'm posting here.

May I ask if there will be a separate email that contains the promo code for the tablet ?

Or if the tablet will be shipped to me automatically since my promotion claim was confirmed previously?

Does Telstra not supply the tablet since it was their addition to the pre-order?

For example, Optus gave a free Galaxy Watch4 when you pre-ordered with them, in addition to the Samsung bonus. In this case, Optus supplied the watch I believe.

unfortunately all i had was the S22 handset. Everything else has to be redeemed online

I have the same problem I've tried for 2 weeks to get a straight answer and keep getting the run with no direct answer

I'm also interested in this. I got mine through telstra online and just received my gift bundle code today but no mention of the tablet. I come from apple to this was hoping it would be a break away from Apple products but if this is there Customer service I hope to God I don't have any issues with the phone

Thanks for asking this question. I have the same problem, however I have not even received a promo code to redeem for one of the packs. I have not received a single email regarding any of the information and I also preordered my phone in Victoria. Would there be any reason for this does anyone know? Telstra or Samsung please help?

@Chook1978 Have you registered your purchase so you can get the code?

And then 1-2 wks later you should get your promo code through email
