S22 Promo code does not include Galaxy Tab A8?

Hi Samsung,

I have preordered S22 from Telstra in New South Wales, Australia. 

I have received my promo code for the gift bundle and have successfully redeemed the Audio Pack using the promo code.

However there was no mentioning of the Galaxy Tab A8 at all,  which should come together with the preordering gift. 

I understand that all gifts have to be redeemed by 15th April. Hence I'm posting here.

May I ask if there will be a separate email that contains the promo code for the tablet ?

Or if the tablet will be shipped to me automatically since my promotion claim was confirmed previously?

I'm pretty sure once you redemption your gift the tablet is automatically add to the bonus and roughly it takes about 8-10 weeks to be delivery by Samsung the tablets that is

Hey just wanted to know if i have the emIl with the claim my gift bundle and its just the travel pack that shows there, Tab A8 is automatically added to the order? I have come from Apple to samsung because of this Telstra/Samsung promotion and i have been going in cicles with no clear answer and when i call Samsung customer service their phones are so rough that i cant hear a thing.

I hope that is the case. 

There was no mention of the tablet anywhere so I was just seeking some kind of confirmation.

The worst scenario could be that 10wks later Samsung tells you that you should have done bla bla to get the tablet

I confirm that going to that link above, logging in and reviewing the redemption status (it's labelled as GWP + E-VOUCHER REDEMPTION DETAILS) shows that the Galaxy Tab A8 is currently pending shipping for me.

In there it says the imei has been redeemed but there is no word of the tablet any where else
