Galaxy SI would recommend clearing data from the app in the phone's settings
[settings > apps > 3 dots > show system apps > Bluetooth > storage > clear cache and clear data].
You may also want to try resetting network settings
[Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS].
It is also worth considering a reset of the Bluetooth on the device you are trying to connect to. Please consult the manufacturer’s guidelines for resetting Bluetooth on your third party device.
