Dear Samsung Customer Support and Samsung users,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which has developed a green line out of sudden, despite being maintained with the utmost care. There has been no physical or water damage to the device, so this issue is clearly a defect that should not be occurring in a premium flagship phone.

After searching online, I discovered that many other users have experienced the same problem with their Galaxy phone, not just S22 Ultra, indicating that this could be a widespread issue, rather than an isolated case. It appears this problem may be a CLASS ISSUE affecting numerous Samsung devices, and it is disappointing that a flagship product would suffer from such quality control flaws.

It is unacceptable that a company of Samsung's stature is not taking accountability for a known issue affecting their flagship devices. Rather than addressing the problem directly, Samsung seems to be sidestepping responsibility.

As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I find this experience extremely frustrating. My family and I have consistently purchased Samsung products, but after this ordeal, we will now think twice before considering Samsung in the future. Given the situation, I believe Samsung should either recall the affected devices or at the very least offer free repairs for those experiencing this problem.

If Samsung values its customers, it must take responsibility for the quality of its products and improve its customer service. I hope a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue for all the loyal Samsung customers before it is too late.

It seems known that I already started after burning hands on s22. First, my overdue watch got replaced by a non samsung model, then....slowly disengage everything...#RIPSamsung

I have been using 3 differnet Samsung models so far and find using them is a pain in the.......neck! Anyway, my next phone definitely is not a Samsung for sure.

My S22 Ultra also faced a similar green line issue, which we can barely notice as it's thin as hairline. All this started only after the factory reset as per samsung's advice for trade-in. But now samsung says it's not under warranty, but my phone was in mint condition .
So now I can't trade in and have to spend 300$ if you even need to fix it. But samsung doesn't try to rectify their quality issue than pushing it to customers.

Agreed, it's time to move on to other brands.

Hi Nantakkumar, it has been more than 1 week. Still awaiting your update! Samsung Customer Support also never contacted me!
What is going on?

Maybe I shouldn't be too surprised given the poor quality of the product and customer support 🤔
