S22 Ultra Free Gift

I purchased my S22 Ultra phone and checked out the free gift which is a power pack. The power pack included a wireless charger, a power brick, a usb c cable and a genuine leather case. I received the phone itself in the first round of delivery. Then the next week received the rest but the case was not included. What shall I do?!

It says in process but expected delivery date is March 3rd. I think I will contact SS.

I'm still waiting for my free gift to be shipped. Was supposed to be despatched yesterday bur still says 'processing'

When did you preorder your phone? My order ID is not found and SS only sent me the case. There is no info on when they are shipping the phone.
