S22 Ultra Poor Reception

Hi. Does anyone having weak mobile signals and signal keeps dropping since the first day of using S22 Ultra? I have tried the SIM card on other device, it gets way better signal. My phone also keeps connecting from 5G to 4G randomly and it's annoying. It could be a software bug or hardware problem. I am a Samsung loyal user since the S2. SAMSUNG STOP IGNORING US AND FIX IT! 

UPDATE: Switching SIM card from SIM 1 to SIM 2 Slot, temporarily solves the network signal dropping problem.

Over a month later and this is still an issue?

Good job, Samsung.  You've convinced me to return this S22 Ultra and try a Pixel.

I bought S22 Ultra 3 weeks ago after long waiting and i my previous phine was a 3 years old Note 10+ ! Am very disapointed by S22 Ultra it crashes from time to time and signal loss is very common through the day ! Data is even worse it says 5G but i now is poor like E signal for real..they did something to scam us users with the data i know that..! Even if i restart the phone its ok for an hour but it gets a poor signal eventually..i tryed me sim card in an older phone J7 6byear old slow phone and it never lose any signal and also keeps 4g all time long and am using it at the same places as S22..!

I have the same problems too.  Good reception on an S10 but nothing on the S22.  I'm in Australia.

Hey all, 

I have the s22 plus and I'm having the exact same problem that is being reported here, terrible signal. Ive never had any trouble with my previous phones and yes this is my first Samsung, so not very happy at all. 

And it's not the Sim card as when I put it into others phones I'm getting a full strength bar.

Thanks! I am from Singapore, and this works! But it is really disappointing that the SIM 1 slot is not working, and we have to engage the SIM 2 slot.

Same, I just got my S22 Ultra last week and have struggled with 5G phone signal the entire time. I can't make a phone call inside my house at all. Verizon support had me do a network reset today and that did NOTHING. There is no way I'm doing a factory reset and going thru the hell of setting up my phone again when it obviously won't help anything. So now I'm going to return the phone, what are my options? I hate apple products and was really excited about this camera.

Hi, I feel ya too. Now only solution for me is to switch to SIM 2. Hope it helps
