Hi. Does anyone having weak mobile signals and signal keeps dropping since the first day of using S22 Ultra? I have tried the SIM card on other device, it gets way better signal. My phone also keeps connecting from 5G to 4G randomly and it's annoying. It could be a software bug or hardware problem. I am a Samsung loyal user since the S2. SAMSUNG STOP IGNORING US AND FIX IT!

UPDATE: Switching SIM card from SIM 1 to SIM 2 Slot, temporarily solves the network signal dropping problem.

I have the same issue with my S22 Ultra Snapdragon variant and when I put the Sim card into my cheap Poco X3PRO the signal is much better. Samsung refuse to acknowledge the issue and refuse to refund. Do not buy this product if you want a phone with good reception.

Use SIM 2 is working normally. SIM 1 is the one with poor reception.

This signal is so bad....it's unusable. I had perfect connection on my Note20 ultra 5g..my fiance and I just purchased 2x S22 ultra 5g 512gb, and it was the worst mistake ever. I have tried everything (new sim cards, network reset, safe mode, update, current / most updated APN settings) nothing works, our signal strength is constantly -100 to -110dbz....even though T-mobile says we have 5 bars of strength. Those levels are considered unstable / unusable, and it doesnt matter where we go, our signal strength remains pretty much the same.

Try switching your SIM 1 to SIM 2 slot. Signal is much more stable. Hope it helps

Does anyone still has this problem? Mine is a Singapore set and using M1. The mobile data connection would randomly drop out although it shows it still has 4g.

I am using dual sim cards with the phone but both sim is having the same problem. It really makes the experience using this phone extremely bad and unreliable.

I have a S22+ (Exynos) and it's a reception nightmare.

#1 - the reception on average is one or two bars lower than a Huawei phone I had before
#2 - similar to other people who posted here, the phone keeps dropping the signal (internet, sometimes also calls) for up to 5 minutes even with 1-4 bars.

I use dual SIM and both cards suffer from the above issues. Not sure if this can be software fixed - I will go to the service center on Monday and see what they say.

Purchased a S22 Ultra 256GB Unlocked on 3/22/2022 (Pre Order)   Had a Note 20 Ultra.  Note 20 Ultra had full bars of service sitting in my office.  S22 Ultra has 1 bar and goes to zero constantly and calls break up even with wifi on and wifi calling enabled.  Absolutely the worst phone I've ever had as far as making a phone call.   Samsung should be completely ashamed of this abysmal device.

I have the same issue. $2,500 for an S22 Ultra and constantly dropping signal where I live.  My previous phone (Note 9) did not have this issues, I'm having failing txts and not receiving many txts.  Is this a software issue or have Samsung put less capable antennas in their new premium devices.

I've tried taking the phone out of it's case (Samsung case) and it makes no difference. I've restarted the phone, makes not difference. I've reset the phone, makes no difference.

I certainly hope Samsung are going to recall these phones and fix the issue otherwise it'll be the last Samsung product I buy.
