HI bought s22 ultra from optus got my promo code as well but when i try to redeem it says invalid promo code. I tried to talk on phone and send more than 15 emails they keep sending me same promo code email. no one seems to help me
I can't even get a freaking code despite the blue code box that Samsung want me to click🤬🤬🤬 I've been trying since 5th March. I had some Samsung chick say that I'd be able to but it was total BS. I'm submitting my ACCC complaint tomorrow. I totally recommend you do the same🙂👍🏼
ACCC = Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. They offer advice to consumers and investigate companies of the respective complaints. They make sure that the consumer (us in this case) don't get screwed over by a company and make sure they are following the law etc. Equally, the ACCC is there to also supporting businesses from unreasonable customers. Companies generally do not want ACCC poking around not do that want a black mark against the company which can happen. The more ppl that submit complaints the better it is for us consumers. After 5 weeks and Ppl still can not access their preorder bonus items. It's seriously dodgy from Samsung.
