Out of no where my phone started to show green line like any one else here. It started with pink and gradually turns green as days gone by.
I contacted support and they simply ask me to head down to customer service and there will possibly be charges if anything needs to be changed.
I have been continueing to use my phone despite 2nd line appear. And now the 3rd green line is appearing as well. While its faint.
Anyone here has it solved?

the only solution is replace your screen, green line issue is pretty common

My suggestion would be to visit the service centre and let them inspect. Normally, if ur phone is free of cosmetic damage, they will be likely to replace the LCD at no cost and charge only the out-of-warranty labour fee. Because if ur phone has cosmetic damage, they will highly unlikely point it out and reject ur claim of the green line from software update.

U may try going to another service centre instead.

Ita not about replacement, it's a global issue and they should offer free replacement if they need to charge labour cost...

Do u think they care.. Z Fold 3 also had a global issue of wifi and mobile hotspot, but we customers were at the mercy of paying the repair cost, sending emails to CEO office in hope for free replacement and last resort is to get a new phone. I was lucky back then, because I purchased 2 year Care+ and my global issue could be replaced for free with extended warranty coverage. If I didn't have the extended warranty and had to pay for the repair cost, I will be in the situation as u are, either to try going from service centre to service centre in hope of getting a free replacement or to get a new phone. U can boycott Samsung by not buying their products after this incident, but they don't care.. really..

Well.. it's ur phone.. ur choice. Doesn't impact me at all. If it's my phone, I will go all out just to get the free replacement done, be it going to different service centres to try.
