S23 ULTRA LOCKED OUT

Hi, 

my S23 ultra which is 2 months old only, and suddenly when I was unlocking my phone with the PIN it is not able to unlock it. 

I was entering the correct PIN but don't know why it is not unlocking. Even I have finger print and face unlock unable but the phone is only asking for the PIN.

I tried multiple times, but every new attempt will come with longer waiting time to unlock.

I am looking for the cause of the problem and solution. Currently my brand new s23 ultra is useless and stationery.

Have you signed Into your samsung account on the device?

Yes.. my samsung and google accounts are singed in,

If you have, you can use smartthings find to unlock the device.

1. Go to smartthings find at https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/
2. Log in to your samsung account
3. Select your device from the list
4. Press 'Unlock' on the menu.
5. Enter your Samsung account Password again
6. If it works, your device should be unlocked.

Yes I did try it .. but caný see the the unlock option..☹️

Wait for it to load where it says 'checking location', then try again.

When I use the pin to unlock my S23 FE I have occasionally been caught out when I have typed in the pin but not noticed the ok button at the bottom right of the 0, under the 9. This appears in faintish text as opposed to the other buttons.

Done the factory reset..  no options left.
