S23+ users (and base, and Ultra)

How has your battery life been? I'm curious to see whether or not upgrading to the S23+ is worth forking out $649 AUD for.

My S22+ gets 4hrs of screen on time with no gaming, no 5G and so many battery tweaks. I noticed it does get quite hot in summer even if its not in the sun. 

Thoughts?

Only just started using my S23U but I see a noticeable difference to my old phone which was 4 years old. New batteries are always going to last much longer as its useage that degrades them over time

yeah, my S22+ doesn't last long and its definitely gonna degrade fast. The battery status is still great, but the chip i have is so inefficient I'm considering this upgrade

Is there anything running in the background of the s22 ultra?
I've got S21 Ultra and my battery lasts about 28 hours on very high usage.
I thought the S22 was a better battery than s21.

nothing, just the usual play services. in total my S22+ lasts 20-23hrs, but only 4 of those I actually have the screen on. it just doesn't last as much as I'd like it to

been the same for be since the beginning: bad. for some its been better, but its way more consistent on the S23 series
