Hi tmby! Video zoom on the Galaxy S24 Ultra is capped at 20x. This limitation is to maintain video quality at higher zoom levels. However, the 100x zoom is def available in photo mode for those amazing close-up shots! 😎
100x zoom on video is available to my s24 ultra after unboxing .i also made video using that.but after multiple system patch it disappeared. Capped to 20x is theres a way to revert the patch back 100x zoom is fun
Unless you started recording from the 100x zoom in the Photo mode and long pressing the shutter, there's no other support for 100x in videos, it is always capped at 20x.

Same problem for me as well, after unboxing, I was able to take videos upto 100x, but no longer after Ithe SW update...highly disappointing & irritating 😡
Samsung please enable this 100x video capability satleast as a trial feature..
Yeah that features drive me to buy it.its really disappointing. And wonder why other say they only access 100x with photo long press.but my phone from unbox its capable on direct video 100x.
