S24 Ultra 5x Zoom Portrait Mode | Grocery Series

I tested the 5x Zoom Portrait mode of the Galaxy S24 Ultra inside a grocery store where there's a lot of foot traffic and tons of elements around the subject of the photo. What are your thoughts about camera performance of the S24 Ultra?

What I really love is the preservation of detail, and the bokeh effect that's gotten so much better over the years! I remember when the bokeh used to look smudgier and even more artificial than what the S24 series can do now.

So much hair strands are lost. It does not look very natural as it basically crops them out.

Good observation. However, I would say that the cashiers in the pictures have sleek hair with little to no stray hair strands. I think they're using gel or some kind of hair product. But I agree with your comment specifically for the guy in the first picture. He's not it focus though so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. Check the hair strands in the pictures in my other post. It's "cleaned up" but more evident.
