S24 Ultra display diagonal lines

Have anyone experienced diagonal line on the display? I wonder if this is normal for Samsung display. 

I understand that it's barely noticeable in different room lighting conditions.

Story short, I went to the Garden Mid-Valley service centre today afternoon to raise the issue..

But they're comparing the screen with computer monitor screen saying that it's normal. Honestly, I don't see my computer lcd screen have those lines.

Exactly.. I even showed them the picture I've taken, and what they showed back to me was a picture of pixels zoomed into the display. Compared with LCD monitor.

Anyone can recommend me to any service centre that has professional technicians in Klang Valley, KL. I just had this phone for 5 days.

The garden samsung service centre, or drop an email for SME (samsung electric Malaysia SDN.BHD), because for service centre they are also samsung Malaysia authorised dealer service centre, not directly run by Samsung Malaysia.

Ah I feel u bro. Traded in my problematic flip and s21fe for a s24. But I find the screen dull compared to a25.

Have you tried to get in touch with someone from Samsung about the issue, or are you just going to have to deal with it.

Just deal with it but your case I think do try other svc centre.

The options left for me are either Low Yat & Pavilion.
But I doubt they are aware of the issue since not many people complain about the issue.

As a consumer, I really cannot accept this kind of problem on a 6k+ flagship phone🫠
