S24 Ultra display diagonal lines

Have anyone experienced diagonal line on the display? I wonder if this is normal for Samsung display. 

I understand that it's barely noticeable in different room lighting conditions.

Story short, I went to the Garden Mid-Valley service centre today afternoon to raise the issue..

But they're comparing the screen with computer monitor screen saying that it's normal. Honestly, I don't see my computer lcd screen have those lines.

I am at kedah now and the nearest service centre is in penang. I will be back to KL soon, then only go to a service centre for physical inspection.

Try not to go to The Garden Midvalley..otherwise they probably will compare your phone with PC monitor.🙃

Haha, but I also saw some of the users saying that they dont have this problem. If that's the case then ours are most probably a defect units since not every S24 Ultra have this problem🥲

It's barely noticeable when at outdoor or indoor with so much lighting, to be honest.
My device shows the issue when I'm in dim room lighting or dark room before sleep.
And probably because we have sharp eyes.

It's noticeable when I'm taking night shots. The camera preview is very grainy. Plus, Samsung tends to increase the ISO in low-light conditions, which causes a lot of noise. So the final image is very grainy due to the combination of Samsung's night shot algorithm and the display.

I'm planning to visit the service center today. Could you please let me know the approximate time it might take to diagnose the phone?

Depends on the technician how they diagnose your phone. Mine that time takes only few minutes, only argument makes it longer.

I went to Sunway Pyramid and they told need to leave it there for around 2-3 working days🫠
