S24 Ultra display diagonal lines

Have anyone experienced diagonal line on the display? I wonder if this is normal for Samsung display. 

I understand that it's barely noticeable in different room lighting conditions.

Story short, I went to the Garden Mid-Valley service centre today afternoon to raise the issue..

But they're comparing the screen with computer monitor screen saying that it's normal. Honestly, I don't see my computer lcd screen have those lines.

At least they acknowledge the issue and run the troubleshooting in-house.

Bro, what’s your  update on your phone issue? Are they able to resolve it? Or are they replace with new unit or repaired?  

 I send mine to Low yat service centre and at least better service compared with The Garden. Currently the status is checking by the engineers. Hopefully the issue resolve.

I just went to service center at pavilion bukit bintang and they say this is a new problem and as they are just authorised service center and not directly running by Samsung Malaysia, they will highlight this to higher level and get back to me asap when they got any solutions and answers regarding this issue.

I'm also facing graininess in the display too. What should I do?

I have no solution to it bro. I've been through all the process and steps given by customer service and went to service centre. They will still insist that the phone has no issues.

I see, I will try to go to a Samsung Service Centre to check. In the meantime, are you using the phone as usual? I noticed it is less visible if the brightness is high.

Yes I am.. and at the mean time I try to fix it by playing a pixel fixing video from YouTube with 3 different brightness each video plays.

Hey guys, did any of you had success with service center? I had no luck with Low Yat. Currently trying to live with it. Posted samething alike here in Samsung Member but did not get much attention.

I tried both The Garden & Low Yatt service center, but at least Low Yatt services are better than The Garden. Right now I have to live with it. No luck man, our country consumer protection is not like western country
